1. Cancellation by participant: if you have booked and paid for your course but can no longer attend, the following applies:
More than 30 days before the course start date: Full refund of the course fee, minus a £10 administrative fee.
15 to 30 days before the course start date: 50% refund of the course fee.
Less than 15 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.
2. Substitution: if you are unable to attend, you may nominate someone else to take your place at no additional cost. Please notify us of such a transfer of registration at least 7 days before the course start date. To transfer the registration to another person please contact us at [email].
3. Cancellation or rescheduling by organizer: in the unlikely event that the course is cancelled by the organizer, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. If the course is rescheduled, participants may choose to attend the new dates or request a full refund.
4. Non-attendance: no refund will be provided for non-attendance without prior notice.
5. Refund Process: to request a refund, please contact info@conservationdiplomacy.com with your booking details. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the request. All refunds will be made to the original payment method.
6. Special Circumstances: we understand that exceptional circumstances can occur. Requests for refunds due to emergencies or unforeseen events will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
