What we do
The Centre for Conservation Diplomacy is a collaboration of mediators, peacebuilders, negotiators and trainers dedicated to advancing cooperation for the protection of nature and people. Through strategic partnerships, informed dialogue, and innovative policy solutions, we bridge the gap between conservation science and peacebuilding. Our mission is to empower agencies, communities, and organizations to work together constructively to protect biodiversity and foster sustainable development.

Strategic Advice
We help organisations navigate disputes, facilitate dialogue, and co-design collaborative conservation strategies that support sustainable outcomes for nature and people.
Specialist Training
We deliver training workshops on conflict resolution in conservation, including our flagship programmes: Negotiating Coexistence, an introductory course, and Multiparty Mediation, an advanced training for third-party neutrals.
Mediation Services
We can act as independent third-party neutrals to help stakeholders resolve tensions and reach agreements through impartial, informed, and confidential processes.
Policy Engagement
We connect science, practice, and policy to advance inclusive, evidence-based, and effective biodiversity governance, fostering conditions for long-term coexistence and nature recovery.
